The room smelled of cigarette smoke. There was only a total of one towel and bath towel for 2 persons. The washbasin had no plug and on the roof (under the air conditioning) was a full bag of garbage.

The location of the hotel is great, especially if you arrive by train like me. Otherwise also top, as everything can be easily reached on foot. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was simple but ok.
For the price, I thought it was a little low. For example, my balcony window could not be closed, which did not give me the safest feeling. Fortunately I'm not a cold person. The WLAN only worked temporarily, not at all on the mobile phone.

perfect hub for exploring beautiful landmarks and parks
I loved how easy it was to stroll to the Promenade des Anglais, just under 2 km away, and I found the Marc Chagall National Museum only about a kilometer from my room. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options available.

Brand-new room with comfortable bed and safe for safety measures. Location next to the main rail system and tram lines, Nice railway station and the city center on foot.

Very good location near the station. The refrigerator was wonderful, as I stayed longer and was dependent on self-catering. The staff was happy to help with any questions.
You can hear everything through those rooms.

Quite next to the shopping street (Nicetoile, Galeries Lafayette), which is convenient, and following that street you will soon arrive at the Promenade des Anglais where the beaches are.
The breakfast was disappointing - had almost the notion of a cantine. There's no parking around and wouldn't also recommend to park your car outside so we parked our car at Gare Thiers in the next vicinity for the night.

great service but could improve soundproofing
The staff were nice and attentive. We loved having a spacious room with a balcony that had a charming city view.
Despite the wonderful service, noise from the street could be heard occasionally.

It was close to the railway station and not too far from the beach. Price was ok, but I guess if you pay budget you get budget...
Room was very small for 5 people but I guess priced accordingly.
